We delve into the organization to determine what the training and development needs are and provide tailor-made recommendations to take your organization farther than ever before.

Once finalized, the results of the Exploration process will be combined with the most effective accelerated training methods, interactive knowledge, habits and practical tools used over the past decade, to be delivered in a way that will be easily comprehensible for all the participants involved.

We then sit face-to-face with your team and take them through an experiential training approach to optimise and reinforce learning, ensuring a sustainable impact. Following the training, we partner with your organization to make sure your leaders and managers are consistently following through the customized action plans in order to deliver the promised results.

Trainer bracket: INR 200,000+.
A fee proposal is forwarded after the Exploration process.
This cost includes the pre- & post-training consultation, on-the-day training, workbooks, handouts and participation certificates.
If we are required to perform significant preparation we may also ask for an advance payment of part of our fee quote.
The client is responsible for arranging the airfare and accommodation for the trainer, in case of training outside the city of residence, in this case London. But in the event that the client wishes for us to arrange for the travel and accommodation then it shall be explicitly mentioned via email/letter and will be billed accordingly
All fees are subject to any relevant sales taxes.
